NICE TO MEET YOU
My name is Linnéa Sonka, and I reside in Stockholm. At the moment I'm working as a graphic designer at Pond Design while also taking on freelance work. As you may have noticed in my portfolio, I have a deep love for all types of motion design, bold and impactful typography, typeface and pattern design, and vibrant, vivid colors. My creative energy is at its peak when I'm crafting with a distinct purpose—I love all forms of design and art that touch people on a deeper emotional level.
I'm also a educated dancer, and I work as a coreographer, teacher and dancer. I am passionate about creating political art that provokes and fosters discussion. Using dance and other art forms to highlight issues that rarely receive attention in the media or political debate has always been a major driving force in my creative work. A vital part of my practice and teaching is to spread knowledge about House culture and ensure that its roots are preserved and respected.
I have a deep passion for film and editing and have worked extensively in this field over the years. I have also undertaken several personal projects where I combine dance, creative direction, directing, choreography, and editing to bring my artistic vision to life.
When I’m not busy with work, I dedicate my time to personal projects and creative endeavors in both dance and design. I also love spending time in nature and have a deep passion for music.
